D-4 VISA Tracks
Registration Requirements
- Applicants for the D-4 Visa must register for at least 2 semesters. For countries that require a minimum of 4 semesters, registration for 4 semesters is mandatory.

Document Description Online Certificate of Admission Certificate issued by the online system of the Korean language institution or university. Passport Original passport (valid for at least 6 months) and a photocopy of the photo/information page. Passport-sized Photo Recent color photo taken within the last 6 months (3.5 x 4.5 cm). The photo must be uploaded in JPG format to the online application system. Proof of Financial Ability Bank statement showing sufficient funds (approx. USD 9,000–10,000); sponsor documents if needed. Family Relationship Certificate or Birth Certificate A copy of your family relationship certificate or birth certificate. The original certificate must be apostilled or notarized by the Korean embassy. If the certificate is not in English, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, a translated copy must also be apostilled or notarized, and submitted along with the original. Certificate of Graduation A copy of your graduation certificate from the most recent school (high school or university). The original certificate must be apostilled or notarized by the Korean embassy. If the certificate is not in English, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, a translated copy must also be apostilled or notarized, and submitted along with the original. Academic Certificate A copy of your most recent diploma or graduation certificate (high school or university). The original certificate must be apostilled or notarized by the Korean embassy. If the certificate is not in English, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, a translated copy must also be apostilled or notarized, and submitted along with the original. Visa Fee Varies by country; check with the relevant Korean embassy or consulate. Submission of Original Documents All original documents must be sent to Hallym University Global Exchange Center for verification.

- If your country is not a member of the Apostille Convention recognized by the Korean Ministry of Justice, your documents must be verified by the Korean consulate in your country.
- Some applicants may be asked to submit additional documents during the visa application process.
- Submitted documents will not be returned, regardless of the application outcome.
- If there are insufficient student enrollments, classes may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified after tuition payment, and a refund process will be initiated.
- If the authenticity of financial documents cannot be verified or required income/tax information is missing, your admission may be cancelled due to visa denial.
- All international bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process must be covered by the student.
